These Terms of Service govern the use of the ARTESTT website and purchases made through the online store.

2. Products & Artwork
ARTESTT aims to present each artwork accurately through product descriptions, dimensions and imagery.
Prints are supplied unframed unless a framed option is expressly specified.
Lifestyle images, room scenes and framing examples may be used for illustrative purposes. Actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing characteristics.
3. Pricing & Payments
Product prices, applicable taxes, delivery charges and available discounts are displayed during checkout.
Prices may be presented in different currencies depending on the customer's location and the available payment settings.
The final amount payable is confirmed before the order is placed.
4. Orders
Orders are subject to product availability and successful payment authorisation.
ARTESTT reserves the right to contact customers where additional information is required to fulfil an order.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, an appropriate refund will be arranged in accordance with applicable law.
5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed.

Artwork, photography, graphics, branding and other website content are subject to the intellectual property rights of their respective owners.
Purchasing a print does not transfer copyright or grant permission to reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit the underlying artwork.

ARTESTT may update these terms to reflect changes in products, services or applicable requirements.
Updates will be published on the website. Orders remain subject to the terms applicable when the purchase was made, except where otherwise required by law.
