90-Day Returns
We want you to feel confident choosing art for your space. You may request a return within 90 days after receiving your order. For returns under this additional voluntary policy, prints must be unused, undamaged and in a condition suitable for resale. Your legal rights, including cancellation and remedies for faulty goods, remain unaffected.
How to Request a Return
Contact ARTESTT via our Contact Us page, including your order number and the item you would like to return. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Please do not send returns to our registered business address without receiving instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item. We recommend using a tracked service and secure packaging to protect the print. If we supplied a defective, damaged or incorrect item, we will provide a remedy in line with your statutory rights, including reasonable return shipping costs where legally required.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We will process any refunds within the time limits required by applicable consumer law. Where UK statutory cancellation rights apply, refunds will be made no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or you supply appropriate evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier, subject to applicable law. Your payment provider may take additional time to show the refund.
Your UK Cancellation Rights
For qualifying UK distance purchases, you normally have 14 days after delivery to tell us you wish to cancel, followed by a further 14 days to return the goods. You do not need to give a reason for exercising this statutory cancellation right. Our additional 90-day return offer does not reduce these rights.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your print arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and, where possible, photos showing the issue so we can arrange an appropriate solution.
