Are your posters framed?

No. ARTESTT art prints are sold unframed unless a product page explicitly says otherwise. Framed images on our website may be styling or room mock-ups to help show how the prints could look.

What paper do you use?

We print on premium matte paper, designed for rich colour, crisp detail and a smooth, low-glare finish. Any product-specific details are provided on its product page.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We are focusing our initial shipping service on the United Kingdom, United States and Australia. Eligible destinations are those shown at checkout. We may update the countries we serve as our shipping arrangements develop.

Is shipping free?

Eligible orders to our current delivery destinations receive free standard shipping. The final shipping charge, if any, is shown before checkout is completed.

Where are orders dispatched from?

Our prints are prepared and dispatched from Türkiye.

Can I track my order?

Where tracking is available, we will share the tracking information after dispatch.

Do I need to pay customs charges in the United States?

We use a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service for US shipments so that the applicable import duties and clearance charges are arranged by us. Please contact us if a courier unexpectedly requests an additional import payment.

What if I need to return something?

We offer a 90-day voluntary returns policy alongside your statutory consumer rights. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the return shipping cost. Please visit our Returns & Refunds page for details.
